Železničná spoločnosť Cargo Slovakia, a. s. is making a great effort to provide its customers with services of the highest level of quality.
ZSSK CARGO holds certificates of quality granted under international standards ISO 9001 Quality Management system for the following products:

• Railway freight transport and transportation (certificate EN, DE)
• Rolling stock maintenance and repairs, storage and distribution of goods (certificate EN, DE)
• Ensuring professional qualification and education of the employees (certificate EN, DE)

With the aim of risk management resulting from security provision and health at work protection, the management of ZSSK CARGO approved the implementation of security and health at work protection management system according to STN ISO 45001 standards at all ZSSK CARGO workplaces. Implementation and certification of the security and health at work protection management system lead to reduction of incidence of occupational diseases and occupational injuries, cost minimization connected with work accidents and to cut in probability of sanctions for infringement of legal regulations related to security and health at work protection.

In accordance with the international standard STN ISO 45001, ZSSK CARGO holds a certificate:

• Managerial system of work safety and health protection at work in ZSSK CARGO Certificate - STN ISO 45001:2019

Authorized Economic Operators (AEO) status

Since June 26, 2018, ZSSK CARGO holds an Authorized Economic Operators (AEO) status. AEO permit means, that our company is verified by the customs authorities, which have certified that our internal control mechanisms, financial health, customs procedures, physical security of goods from production through storage to transport, meet safety and / or customs requirements. An AEO permit issued in any Member State is valid throughout the European Union and is not limited in time.
