We would like to inform you that on 1.4.2025 ( Tuesday) at the time 07:50 - 10:30 there will be an ISP outage due to Update ISP PROD servers.

For this reason, on 1.4.2025 from 07:50 - 10:30 it will not be possible to work with the ZP ISP applications (Submit Shipment, Transportation Order, Wagon and Shipment Tracking).

It will also not be possible to get information about the movement of your wagons and shipments by sending reports.

B2B communication will also not be functional at that time.

Offer of additional services of the customer portal

Dear business partners,

Since January 1, 2019, ZSSK CARGO has been moving its services to an electronic consignment note.

From April 1, 2019, the submission of a paper consignment note in domestic transport will be subject to a charge in accordance with applicable tariff TR 1 DP 8246, 8247.

This service is available for customers via the website www.zscargo.sk, on-line services, the ISP Customer Portal for:

access to ZSSK CARGO regulations and tariffs
concluding a transport contract - electronic consignment note
concluding a transport order - electronic transport order
tracking of the location of wagons and / or shipments (this service is a subject to a charge based on a concluded Shipping-Procurement Agreement)

The customer can log into this application only after the login data has been assigned based on the submitted original of

"Request to grant access to and use of the ISP Customer Portal".

A completed and signed application is delivered by the customer to ZSSK CARGO personally, by mail or courier service to:
