Customer portal of ISP

Offer of additional services of the customer portal (.docx, 105 kB)

 

Dear business partners,

Since November 1, 2025 ZSSK CARGO has expanded its service offer via the ISP Customer Portal to include the service of "viewing and/or signing Siding Documents".

This service is available for customers via the website www.zscargo.sk, on-line services, the ISP Customer Portal for:

• access to ZSSK CARGO regulations and tariffs
• concluding a transport contract - electronic consignment note
• concluding a transport order - electronic transport order
• tracking of the location of wagons and / or shipments (this service is a subject to a charge based on a concluded Shipping-Procurement Agreement)
• viewing and/or signing Siding Documents (according to the concluded Agreement on the Provision of Siding Services, or Siding Agreement)

The customer can log into this application only after the login data has been assigned based on the submitted original of

A completed and signed application is delivered by the customer to ZSSK CARGO personally, by mail or courier service to:
