The Rail Clearing centre is responsible for the billing of the provided transport services under contracts, handling complaints of service invoices and damages for shipments.

Special provisions for the complaint procedure concerning the law, jurisdiction and subject matter of the complaint procedure in the national and international wagon consignments transport are published in the Complaints Procedure of ZSSK CARGO.
