The Board of Directors is a statutory body of the company. It is authorized to act on behalf of the company in all issues and represents the company vis-à-vis the third parties, on trial and other bodies. The Board of Directors manages activity of the company and makes decisions on all company-related issues, unless they are assigned to a scope of powers of other company bodies in legal regulations or articles of association.
