General Assembly

General Assembly is the highest authority of the company. Rights of the shareholder – the Slovak Republic – are executed by the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic in the general meeting or per an authorized personal entity - a plenipotentiary. A plenipotentiary of the shareholder can not be a member of Supervisory board.
