Through the MOBILE SERVICE, ZSSK CARGO provides customers with the option to have repairs carried out directly on a wagon in operation.
MOBILE SERVICE - advantages:
- repairing a wagon directly on the spot
- shortening the time during which a wagon is out of service
- eliminating the cost of transporting a wagon to/from a workshop

- GPS monitoring of the Mobile Service location
MOBILE SERVICE – scope of operations:
- decoupling of wagons
- replacement of wheelsets and bogies
- replacement of spare parts (buffers, springs, side bearers, drawing hook, etc.)
- repairs by welding
- replacement of brake shoes
- brake pressure tests
- preventive maintenance
- wagon inscriptions and signs
- safety inspections
MOBILE SERVICE - equipped with:
- compressor
- power generator
- jacks
- welding aggregate
- small tools
- spare parts trailer
- authorization to enter the entire railway network in the Slovak Republic
